So I have been MIA for a while because I've been out of town for about 2 weeks. My journay took me to the far east of the continent. Not the Asian far east...rather the Canada one. :P

August and blogging...
Wow, yet another month is ending once again. I can't believe it. I haven't been blogging at all here for the last month or so. I don't know how people blog everyday or every second day as a matter of fact. There is alot of commitment when you start a blog. Apparently I'm not really committed as you can see from the lack of entries. :P

Wedding Look and Dress.
So, this is what I ended up wearing to the wedding last weekend. It's simple, nothing fancy but I added a pretty necklace to spice up the look. hahaha...not really. I opted to wear strappy gold heels instead of black shoes.
And for the make-up, I used some shimmery brown shadows and lots of false lashes. The full lashes definitely made it a more glamorous, evening look.
Okay, ladies...kinda of borrowing post but I thought I would keep the updates rolling because I am doing well so far.

Success!!!
My romper hunting days have ended!!!! Yesterday I found the most fabulous romper at H & M. Even thought it’s a size too big (like 2), it still looks pretty good and feels sooooooo comfortable. I also like it because it’s black and not floral. I don’t know if I can do the floral thing from head to toe. Maybe a skirt? But an entire outfit???? YIKES. Even though it looks nice on others, I think it’s over kill for me. I’m also not really into bold prints and designs that everyone is sporting these days. It’s the return of the 80’s, my childhood, but I’m not sure I want to relive the fashion. There are some things that are hits but unfortunately a lot of misses. I guess it all depends on how you wear it. For example: Jelly shoes…MISS! The return of legging/jegging/skinnies: A HIT! Of course they have to be made out of a stretchy material. I don’t think I could wear pants anymore after the release of the fashionable legging trend. LOL.. Once again they are so comfortable!!! As you may have noticed, I am obsessed with comfortable clothes. I don’t’ think I’m a slave to fashion. Comfort is the key to my life.

On top of that, I also found the prefect dress at H&M for this wedding that I am going to in June. Unfortunately, it’s a couple of sizes too big. I won’t post a picture right now until after I break out my needle and thread to mend and hem the dress. It also not really fancy but I really love it and was searching for this style for such a long time. Anyhow, I’ll try to spice it up with some accessories, a Prada clutch and Fendi heels. How does that sound, Ladies?
Well, I have also been obessed with this new handbag that my mom gave me for my birthday. Of course, I picked it out myself. It is not any specific brand, just a random find at pacific mall one day. I saw in tucked away in the corner and grab it up as soon as I saw it. I am in love with the color and style. You can wear it across the body or under the arm. There is a long detachable strap. To be honest, it kinda of reminds me of a chanel bag...my dream bag... (sighs...) One day....

OMG...can it be...my 3rd post since 2009!!!
Okay, so first of all I have to say it’s been a disgustingly long time since I have posted or logged into this site, even though I have been an avid reader of many fashion/beauty bloggers sites. I haven’t really been motivated to write at all. Okay…I confess…hahahaha…I’m just a lazy blob most of the time. Consistence hasn’t been my greatest skill lately. But today, I will finally post my first fashion entry. Hopefully, I will be able to keep up with this and post another entry before 2011…hahahaha…just kidding.
Anyhow, so lately I have been obsessed with rompers. I have been trying them on like there's no tomorrow but none of them look good on me. There was one exception (photo will be posted below). The floral pattern rompers make me feel like I heading to bed because they look and feel (to me) like pjs. I’m sure that is not the case when you are wearing it, but in my distorted mind…floral rompers make me want to crawl into bed and take a nap.
Well, with that being said…I did find one that I really liked but of course, it would cost an arm and leg and I do not want to dish out that cash for a trend that may only last for a certain period of time. I’m a classic girl who likes to get her money’s worth. I usually buy clothes that will carry forth towards the next 10 years. Hahaha…yeah…seriously.
So here is the photo:

Okay...so on with another fashion issue. I’m going to a wedding in June and have been searching for a dress to wear for the past week or so. The wedding will be set in an extravagant 18th century grands that reminds me of the setting for Pride and Prejudice courtship. I would love to prance around in f18 century flowing gowns with bodices etc but might scare the bride, groom, guest and my significant other.
Anyhooo... I did come across this red dress that kind of was flattering. Again, the price was out of my reach. But I did take a picture just to amuse myself. I was also thinking it looked a bit 80’s with the one sleeve action happening. Not pride and prejudice style. What do you think?

And one last thing...for all you drama addicts out there...I'm currently watching REAL CLOTHES!!!!!!
